Adidas Skateboarding vs. Nike SB – Not too long ago, the two speaker giants created their skateboarding shoe line. With the arrival of those two brands, both clients of Yue Yuen, the biggest shoe producer on the planet, the competition began. Brands like Lakai, DC Shoes, ÉS Footwear, DVS Shoes, Emerica, Etnies, etc. have to stand against the giants that have a lot of experience and of course, they produce in much higher quantities than the traditional skateboard companies. Apart from that, you can say that, between the two, a battle has started. Their teams contain some of the best skaters worldwide, they travel a lot, film at spots all over the world and every month, they bring out new models or new colorways.

080 Barcelona Fashion - This years edition has been different to the former ones, instead of just one award, they decided to have one for a women’s and one for a men’s collection. But why is there three winners? It is as simple as that, Miriam Ponsa won the category for the best women’s collection and Ian iú Més and Karlotalaspalas are sharing the award of the best men’s collection. It was the first time that the jury had to give away two awards and then in the end, the 10.000 € for the male collection had to be split up, but as both of them deserved the victory, it was the best choice to make. Have a look at the impressions of the 080 Barcelona Fashion Show, which took place at Montjuic in the beautiful city “Condal”.
