Happy birthday Emily DiDonato!

Emily was born exactly 20 years ago and this makes it her birthday today. The American model was raised in a small village close to New York and is of Irish and Italian ancestry. After a friend of the DiDonato family convinced her to try out working as a model, she signed with Request Model Management and became the face of the Guess Spring 2009 collection and model of the Ralph Lauren Spring 2009 campaign “Rugby”.

In May 2009, she became the latest face of Maybelline New York and made her television commercial debut for the company’s “Color Sensational Lip Color” line. In August 2009 she started modelling for Victoria’s Secret and achieved her first magazine cover, on The Block’s October 2009 issue. Last year, Giorgio Armani hired her to become the face of the fragrance “Acqua Di Gioia”.
