Exploring the looks that have been uploaded to Fashionfreax during the last weeks, you hit more and more upon the colour pink. Now the question is, is pink going to be the colour of the year 2011, a must-have or even the must-have colourway in your closet? Well, have a look! I picked out some images in order to show you that it certainly is not a myth. You will find pink trousers, pink blazers, pink dresses, pink tops, pink purses, pink shoes, pink… I am sure that I forgot about something!
Another advocate of the colour pink is PatrycjaK, she owns a pink blazer and also pink pants, I think they are even jeans. She also owns a blog called “I’ll never have enough fashion” and, there you go, her last entry is about the colour pink (showing a girl in a pink blazer, the image is by the Sartorialist).
Of course you will be able to find more outfits showing this power seizing colour:
Well, now it is up to you to decide if pink is a must-have in the very near future, I am personally not a huge fan of this colour but at the same time I can handle it, not wearing it myself, but being exposed to it. Actually, my opinion is that colours are the new black, in general. In order to step in for this thought, I have found some nice looks on the community of course. With the idea of having a more colourful future I will be able to live happily, pink is a part of it, but not alone. Otherwise I would have to make sure to ALWAYS bring a pair of sunglasses with me, because sometimes, pink catches your eye and just does not let it go.
So, are you convinced now? Yes, maybe? You like colours, but pink is too much for you? Add some colour to your life and share it with us!
